All geared up to host a show called Dress Circle, on Zee Muzic, Piya Trivedi says a lot about her life, her likes and dislikes, her future plans, and not to forget she is having the hots for Ranbir Kapoor! Her show is going to give the lowdowns of what’s happening behind the scenes in Bollywood, the catfights, who get signed and who got dumped ! The good thing about the show is that you will get first hand information and when it comes on the channels ad newspapers, it will be through Piya’s mouth.
There are certain sections in the show, which involve public opinions too. When the audience is allowed to be a part of the show, it gets very exciting. If and when she gets the right script and right banner, she wouldn’t mind gettign into acting. Its not that she doesn’t know Hindi, but it’s jsut tht she wants to be really good at it, and she has begun at Dress Circle. To be very frank, Piya never had faith in herself, until she was approached by a music channel for VJing. She feels it is very different to be in fornt of the camera and actuallu communicate with people.
An anchoring job, brings her a lot of satisfaction. Though its always great to be appreciated for your work, Piya has never let any of these thigns get into her head. Surprisingly, she is not a TV person. Even when she is at home, she usually listens to music in her leisure time. Another secret which, has come to light is, that Piya always wanted tp be a heart surgeon when she was 8 or 9 years old. And in her teens, she staarted liking the cat walks and the runways and was quite awed by the attention she got. She was also awed by the lights and camera and action and was quite wavered by that.
